The first 9 Days

Here is the first 9 days of the menu I have so far. I am house sitting so once I get back home I will eat what my parents are making but I will make sure i portion control

I am not a huge fan of a lot of healthy stuff you see in diets so I put in what I like to eat
I also added in when I was going to be out for dinner, at a friends house or at a social event just so I would know when planning. If you use this menu, add in what you like to eat those days but don't go crazy

DAY ONE:
Drink 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: quinoa and veggies

Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Snack: Veggies

Dinner: Going to friends house Drink 8oz water with dinner.
Cook grilled chicken for tomorrows lunch!



DAY TWO!

Wake up:  8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: Chicken Salad Wrap

Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Snack: Apple

Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Dinner: Quinoa and veggies  





DAY THREE!

Wake up
: 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: Salad

Snack: Veggies

Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Dinner: Grilled chicken wrap. Drink 8oz of water.



DAY FOUR!

Wake up: 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: Veggie wrap

Drink 8 oz water after lunch.

Snack: apple

Dinner: Gulten free pasta and broccoli



DAY FIVE!!

Wake up: Drink 8oz of water right away!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: leftovers from night before

Snack: Veggies

Drink 8 oz water after lunch.

Dinner: Salad


DAY SIX!!

Wake up: 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: Chicken salad wrap

Snack: Apple

Drink 8 oz water after lunch Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Dinner: Drink 8oz water – work


DAY SEVEN!!

Wake up: 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: Salad

Snack: Veggies

Drink 8 oz water after lunch Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Dinner: Drink 8oz water Quinoa with mushrooms and a bit of mushroom soup. Side of veggies



DAY EIGHT!!

Wake up: 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: Quinoa and veggies

Snack: Apple

Drink 8 oz water after lunch Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Dinner: Drink 8oz water Salad and chicken with mushrooms and mushroom soap with 1 cup gluten free  pasta



DAY NINE!!

Wake up: 8oz of water right away! Even before getting out of bed!

Breakfast: drink 8oz of water 2 eggs with a piece of toast and a smoothie

Drink 16oz of water by lunch

Lunch: salad with leftover chicken

Snack: Veggies

Drink 8 oz water after lunch Drink 8 oz water after lunch

Dinner: Drink 8oz water -- TGIF
