Today went well, I had my breakfast Of an egg and toast, I didn't have the smoothie cause I didn't wake up until 10:30 and then made enough quinoa and veggies for lunch today and dinner tomorrow. I had a dinner at a family friends house and they had food galor so I did eat a lot but tried to eat the more healthy stuff as much as possible.
I drank a ton of water, probably 3 litres which is good, I was doing that before the holidays so hopefully I can get back to that.
I also did my workout so I am happy about that :)
