Workout plan!

Here is my workout plan, it's a combo of monthly workout challenges I have found online, me going to the gym and an add on or two.
There is two days a week I can't get to the gym so for those days I did the same as the day before and sit ups. If I was going to the gym but push ups and squats was a rest I added sit ups. 

Machines is like the stair master and treadmill 

February I am going to add in weights
